Introduction

Helping clients feel safe during therapy is a top priority, creating a perfect environment for change. Long-lasting change takes patience and time to accomplish. However, I understand that hard work is necessary to achieve the timely results clients appreciate, so I am direct in my approach. The office environment is also designed to make you feel comfortable and at home. I practice a holistic approach and am also a certified yoga instructor. Yoga is proven to reduce anxiety and depression, and body work is an important part of trauma work.
