Introduction

My clients are typically between the ages of 18-35, navigating college or the beginning of their professional career. They often experience immense pressure around expectations they have set for themselves, or someone else has set for them. They may experience anxiety or depression and are eager to explore coping skills and treatment options. They are interested in identifying the ways in which their relationships, responsibilities, family culture and current life stage plays a role in how they function in the world around them. Through remote-only sessions, I specialize in meeting the needs of my clients through dialogue and activity. Together we explore a roadmap for increased self awareness, personal responsibility, accountability and empowerment. I use psychodynamic, CBT and DBT approaches and often apply expressive modalities. It's not easy being a young adult. Relationships, academic stress, family problems and life transitions are just a few of the challenges you face. I will provide a calm and accepting space for you to unload your troubles and share your stories, and I will assist you in creating a path towards healing and mental wellness.
