Let me walk with you; you are not alone. I specialize in treating individuals, couples, and families helping them reclaim their lives by attaining inner freedom and improving the quality of their relationships. I’m here not only to listen to you empathically but also to provide new perspectives and tools you can use on your journey. I have been effectively helping people find themselves and direct their lives in a fulfilling direction. I’m honored to have over 10 years of experience in the diverse subdivisions of mental health. I earned my MD degree and specialized in Psychiatry in Mexico, where I am from. My passion for exploring the complexity of mental health disorders led me to work in research in the Psychiatry Department at the Mayo Clinic, where I earned a fellowship in Mood Disorders (depression, bipolar disorders, etc.). After becoming a mother, I earned a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and obtained a license to practice in Ohio. Tailoring the psychotherapy you need is my mission. I proudly offer a vast array of tools acquired through enriching and diverse experiences. As a multicultural and bilingual person, I offer a wide and inclusive perspective. Psychotherapy is also available in Spanish. I serve adults and adolescents.
