Introduction

Life can be overwhelming at times, but you don’t have to face it alone. I can help! I offer a safe space, free of judgment or criticism as we explore the important issues that are coming up for you. It is an honor for me to make space for you, to support you and collaborate with you as we create the change that you long for. My approach to therapy is through an attachment lens. I use evidenced based research modalities to treat a range of issues such as anxiety, depression, anger management , self esteem issues, parenting, grief, spirituality, school related issues and marriage counseling. I believe that insight allows us to create change. You have already started the process by seeking out support to be the best possible version of yourself and so I commend you for taking this first step. Se habla Español!
