Hi, my name is Alejandra, I specialize in EMDR, an evidence-based, trauma-informed therapy conducive to making progress within a few sessions. EMDR helps unstuck the brain from bothersome thoughts or painful memories; the results are a clear mind and a decrease in body discomfort.
