Hi, my name is Alejandra and I am a therapist at The Process Wellness Collective. I spent several years working with youth in foster care and probation, including those with disabilities and impacted by trauma. My passion for mental wellness and accessibility, alongside advocacy for trauma survivors and neurodivergent individuals, led me to a career as a school psychologist and psychotherapist. I’ve supported children, adolescents, and families from diverse backgrounds, always considering the 'whole’ child or person and the vital links between social, emotional, and cognitive growth. As a therapist, I provide a space for individuals, couples, and families to explore all aspects of life, fostering fulfillment and connection in how they live and relate to others.
