Introduction

Hi my name is Aleigha and I am so happy you are here! Life can be hard while learning to navigate struggles and new situations. Your struggles do not define you, it is courageous to ask for help when you need it, and that is what I aim to provide. I believe that nobody knows you better than yourself, and because of that, I want to work collaboratively with you to help recognize your strengths and set realistic goals that are tailored to you and your lifestyle. I am here to help you and to provide a safe space for you to share your feelings and for you to be yourself without fear of judgment. I focus on providing support for anxiety, stress, life changes, and depression. I enjoy working with young adults because of the unique experience of transitioning into an adult, figuring out who you are, and how to become who you want to be. It is important to have someone who can listen but also utilize resources and techniques to help you reach the goals you are setting. I am passionate about the effectiveness of therapy as I know firsthand how beneficial therapy can be. I hope to provide you with the support you need to work through life’s challenges and help you realize how capable you are.
