Introduction

What happened to you hurt deeply. You might feel like your whole life has been affected by what happened. Your relationships aren’t the best, and you’ve been getting upset or irritated over nothing. Little things can ruin your whole day, and you can’t figure out why. You notice you’re “triggered,” but you just can’t seem to bounce back. To make matters worse, beliefs such as “I need to be perfect and please everyone,” or “I’m not good enough,” run through your head and affect your quality of life. Working through the past is a big step, and it’s great you’ve already begun by being here. I can help with this process. We’ll take time to understand what’s weighing you down, and the beliefs that go with past stuff. We’ll understand why things feel out of control, and using EMDR and other tools we’ll start easing the pain from the past that’s spilling over into today. Every session we’ll work to reduce the discomfort in daily life. When you’re ready, email or call me to take the first step to improving your relationships and overall mood. You can have a life that is fulfilling without worrying if you’re going to hurt others. I’ll help you gain perspective so those little things don’t ruin your day. Give me a call to get started. I can’t wait to hear from you. For more information visit www.hopefulfeedback.com
