I focus on positive growth and change to help you live your best life. I understand that some people are looking to enhance their quality of life, become happier, or otherwise grow and change in new directions. Others may struggle with difficulties, either at home, at work, or with friends and family. I'm not interested in treating people as broken or sick just because they are struggling or have questions. I have experience with tech workers, military, neurodivergent people and am LGBTQIA+ and poly informed. I believe we have a natural urge towards wholeness and growth, even at our lowest points or when we're the most troubled. I want to work with you to help find this and foster it. This involves talking and processing in a shared space where people can feel deeply heard and understood with a profound sense of caring. I am trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS), Mindfulness techniques, attachment repair, and within the growing psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy (PAP) movement for integration and support. I use secular mindfulness practices and have trained as a meditation instructor. My methods organically draw from many practices in therapy.
