Counseling is a journey of self-exploration where your resources and strengths are identified and emphasized and my goal is to support your growth and healing. I offer a holistic approach to mental well-being and I utilize different approaches to therapy such as CBT, mindfulness-based and somatic-based approaches, and psychoeducation.
