Introduction

I am passionate about helping individuals and families improve their relationships, whether in an intimate partner setting or with family members. Change can often be difficult and uncomfortable, but I strive to provide a safe space for you to discuss your challenges and goals. My aim is to help you explore ways to navigate and implement changes more effectively, while introducing tools to improve communication and manage conflict. Having navigated complex relationships and experienced personal growth through therapy, I understand the importance of having a supportive and non-judgmental space to work through challenges. My own journey, with family members that have battled addiction, who are members of LGBTQIA+, being a daughter of divorced parents and working with incarcerated individuals, has fueled my commitment to helping others find their way to healthier and more fulfilling relationships. I integrate the Gottman Method Couples Therapy to assess and evaluate where positive changes can be made. This evidence-based approach provides a thorough understanding of your relationship dynamics, identifying strengths and areas for growth. I use effective analogies to help clients view problems from different perspectives, building empathy, understanding, and creating strong, lasting bonds. COUPLES INTENSIVE SESSIONS As an LMFT, I understand that couples intensive therapy sessions can be ideal for those who want to address urgent challenges within their relationships. High conflict, negative cycles, limited time, and varying schedules can make it difficult to improve circumstances on your own. With this accelerated approach, we can customize treatment to fit your unique needs, giving you back valuable time to focus on implementing skills and tools aimed at improving your relationship. My client-centered approach is complemented by my completion of Level 2 Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy.
