I approach counseling as a collaborative process. My goal is to create a safe, affirming space where individuals feel seen and heard without judgment. I draw from a range of evidence-based modalities, including CBT, mindfulness, and person-centered therapy, tailoring my approach to meet each client’s unique needs. Whether someone is facing a major life transition, chronic stress, or deep-rooted trauma, I strive to help them build resilience, rediscover their strengths, and move toward lasting change. I have a wealth of experience and a comprehensive approach to treatment. I use an integration of various therapeutic techniques, like CBT, DBT, and cognitive processing therapy, while working with trauma-focused therapy. The emphasis on the development of healthy coping skills assists clients to understand their experiences in their healing processes. From a young age, I’ve been drawn to the stories and emotional experiences of those around me. I found that listening—truly listening—could provide comfort, clarity, and even healing. That natural inclination grew into a passion for mental health, human connection, and the transformative power of therapeutic support, which led to a career in counseling.
