Introduction

My approach is to work collaboratively with clients to formulate goals that will help alleviate the intensity of symptoms in the short term while also working toward long term healing. Although I have experience working with a wide range of issues and people, I am the most passionate about working with women who are ready to address their trauma, domestic violence, and/or childhood abuse. I specialize in helping address negative self beliefs, low self esteem/self worth, and unhealthy relationship skills. I also specialize in integrative mental health and Christian counseling for those who share the Christian faith. If you're ready to do the work, I'm here for you and excited to take the journey with you.
