Introduction

Welcome! Times are challenging and life stressors have increased over these last few years. If you’re going through a difficult time, struggling with anxiety, depression, or trauma, or need support while you take steps toward the life you want to live, you've come to the right place. I lean toward a collaborative, person-centered, and strengths-based approach. You are the expert in your life and I am here to help you on your journey. In addition to anxiety and trauma, I also support clients with disabilities, Autistics, ADHDers, other Neurodivergents, and those with co-occurring conditions. I use a variety of modalities to achieve the best fit for your individual needs. My practice is neurodivergent-affirming, anti-oppressive, and trauma-informed. I am an LSWAIC overseen by a supervisor, serving clients that live in Washington State. My background includes working with disabilities as well as trauma/PTSD, with a special interest in supporting Autistics with co-occurring PTSD that have experienced missed or misdiagnosis. I completed my MSW at the University of Washington in Tacoma. While I do not take insurance at this time, I do have a sliding fee scale for those that cannot afford my services. I am also able to provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement, but it is up to you to find out how much they will cover and if they cover out of network. I look forward to hearing from you and working toward your goals.
