Alaina Chapman, LMSW Child & Adolescent Therapist | Anxiety, Depression, ADHD | CBT & Play Therapy Hi! I’m a licensed social worker who specializes in helping kids and teens work through anxiety, depression, ADHD, and other emotional or behavioral challenges. I believe that every child has the ability to grow, thrive, and feel good about themselves—with the right support. I also assist adults in navigating areas of concern in their lives. In my work, I use a mix of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and play therapy when working with children, to make the therapy process both effective and engaging. Whether it’s through talking, playing, drawing, or problem-solving, I help individuals express their feelings, understand their thoughts, and learn tools to feel more confident and in control. I received my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Immaculata University and my Master’s in Clinical Social Work from Fordham University. My goal is always to create a warm, welcoming space where individuals feel safe, seen, and supported—just as they are.
