Introduction

I provide confidential telehealth therapy from an individually focused, culturally responsive, trauma-informed perspective. I am experienced in providing evidence-based treatment for a variety concerns including stress, depression, anxiety, and trauma. My approach for providing care is nonjudgmental, open-minded, understanding and affirming of client's differences. I enjoy teaching and empowering my clients to develop healthy coping skills, improve their relationships, and challenge and reframe harmful thinking patterns.
