Latitude Family Services provides a safe, private, and non-judgmental environment to help people explore their past in order to better inform their future. Whether we are prepared or not, there are times when we all have to face the difficulties and challenges of life. Latitude Family Services is here to help you navigate those challenges. I aim to counsel with an integrative model, blending principles and techniques primarily from Person-centered therapy with Cognitive Behavioral components. I also use a trauma-informed approach to better understand how life’s circumstances have impacted a person. I offer both in-person and virtual sessions in order to accommodate the needs of a wide array of clients. I am committed to supporting and empowering adolescents and adults individually and as families. I have close to 15 years of experience working with students and families. As evidenced by my experience, I am passionate about working with adolescents and young adults as they transition through life phases. As a clinician, my focus is to help clients learn the skills to communicate effectively and to develop and maintain healthy relationships. Let me help you shed life’s constraints and explore your new found freedom. Currently accepting Aetna Insurance and Duke Student Insurance
