I embody compassion and curious nonjudgmental questioning to support and challenge you in cultivating self-awareness and self-love. I work with children, adolescents, and adults. It can be hard to find the words or have the space to discuss and process life experiences, particularly if therapy is not seen as an acceptable part of your culture.
