Introduction

Hey there! I'm Aisha Yesher-El, a down-to-earth therapist who’s here to help you navigate those big (and not-so-big) life transitions. Whether you’re fresh out of college, feeling stuck in your job, or juggling the many hats of life—partner, parent, the “strong one”—I get it. Life can be a lot, but you don’t have to carry it alone. I work with people just like you who are figuring out their career path, managing work/life balance, or trying to find themselves amidst the chaos. And trust me, I’ve been there. I didn’t just wake up and say, "Let me help people navigate life." No, this passion was born out of my own twists, turns, and tumbles along the way. I specialize in working with adults going through life transitions, facing stress, depression, and anxiety. I do this through a trauma-informed approach, meaning I take into account your past experiences and how they shape who you are today. No need to bring your "perfect self" to the table (because let’s be honest, who has that?)—I’m here for the real you. So, if you're ready for a space where you can unload, feel heard, and be supported while working toward your goals, I’m your person. Let’s take that journey together—step by step, with a little laughter and a lot of heart. Sound good? Can't wait to meet you!
