Introduction

I am a licensed holistic clinical-community psychologist and I'm passionate about supporting my clients in their healing and wellness. I hold certifications as a trauma professional for complex trauma and PTSD, in holistic therapy, as a certified grief professional, in hypnotherapy for trauma, and as a certified integrative medicine for mental health professional. I am passionate about supporting BIPOC and women in gaining greater understanding of their journey, healing from past trauma, developing greater mind-body-spirit wellness, and making meaning of their lived experiences. My approach to psychotherapy is holistic, trauma-focused, culturally responsive, somatic, and mindfulness based. I also provide holistic wellness coaching services.
