Introduction

My approach focuses on being true to you and addressing your unique needs! My goal is to support you and raise your awareness of your inner strengths while helping you heal, get unstuck, make desired changes, and explore who you are, so you can start living the life you wish to lead. I work with adolescents, college students, and adults. I see people with various concerns, but my areas of interest are anxiety, depression, identity, and self-esteem. I am particularly interested in inviting people of color and members of marginalized groups, who may not feel as comfortable in all treatment spaces. I received my M.Ed. in Counselor Education from Penn State with an emphasis in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in Schools and Communities. I am currently under supervision as I work towards LPC
