Introduction

Now is a great time to start learning skills to improve your life! I have over 16 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and families with a wide range of emotional and behavioral challenges. I utilize the most effective therapeutic techniques to support clients who are struggling with depression, anxiety, life transitions, teen issues, grief, stress management, low self-esteem, suicidal thoughts, self-harm and relationship conflict. My practice is approachable, inclusive, non-judgmental, and safe. I believe collaboration and being an active participant in your treatment is necessary to embrace your power throughout the therapy process. I want to help you feel confident and validated while also providing you with skills to encourage positive change. I do not accept insurance; however, I am happy to provide a monthly super bill which you can submit to your insurance provider. I offer a 15 minute initial consultation so you can decide if you feel we will make a good team. Asking for help is the first step.
