Introduction

I believe that healing happens when we come to know and wholly accept all parts of ourselves. Through a collaborative and empathetic approach, I help my clients explore how their past may be showing up in their present thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, and identify more adaptive ways of being that honor their story and support their vision for their life. I meet my clients with non-judgmental curiosity and compassion as we develop insight into their current challenges and discover the wisdom that lives within them to help alleviate distress, find meaning, and live more authentic, fulfilling lives.
