Introduction

I am a National Certified Counselor and Washington State Licensed Mental Health Counselor who specializes in working with adults with ADHD, anxiety, depression and executive function deficits. I also have an extensive background in school based supports, such as 504 and IEP writing, as well as consultation and recommendations for accommodations. As a relaxed and genuine clinician, I strive to foster an empathic, down-to-earth relationship and comfortable therapeutic environment where you feel heard, understood and safe. I utilize a whole person, humanistic, solution-focused approach to our sessions. Furthermore, I incorporate mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, emotion focused theories, and strength based approaches to our work together. ​
