I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a B.A. in Psychology, an M.A. in School Counseling, and a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies in Counseling. I’m currently pursuing a Ph.D. at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. Since 2010, I have worked in mental health across various settings, including social work, residential facilities, outpatient programs, family-based services, educational environments, and private practice. My goal is to help you break free from negative thought patterns and behaviors so you can build healthier relationships with others and with yourself. I’m passionate about this work and consider myself a lifelong learner, always integrating evidence-based approaches rather than relying on outdated methods. Most importantly, I believe therapy should feel safe, supportive, and even a little lighthearted at times. I take a non-judgmental, down-to-earth approach, where trust and connection come first.
