Introduction

My mission is to provide a safe and empathetic space for those seeking guidance, healing, and growth. All while being grounded in the rich traditions of Catholic values and wisdom, along with my professional background. I received a master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota and provide individual, couple, and family therapy in Brentwood TN, as a Therapist in Residence at Holy Family Catholic Church, on route to obtaining official LMFT licensure. I have over four years of experience within the mental health field, having experience in day treatment centers, inpatient settings, outpatient settings, and within medical settings such as hospitalization programs and Emergency Rooms. Areas of clinical focus include Relationship issues, anxiety, depression, sport performance, eating disorders, play therapy and confidence/self-esteem. I am comfortable incorporating spirituality into therapy if it is requested. I'd be happy to set up a free, 15-minute phone consultation to see if we are a good fit!
