Introduction

Hello and welcome to my practice. I am a culturally competent, bilingual, Spanish-speaking psychotherapist with more 20 years of experience treating adults, and adolescents dealing with trauma, grief, loss, cultural identity challenges, social stress, fertility, postpartum challenges, and life transitions. I utilize a strength based and trauma-informed integrative approach that assists you regaining insight, confidence, and hope. My professional strengths are reflected in a nonjudgmental stance and the ability to assist individuals to examine themselves, and to equip them with the tools and skills necessary to make the changes that will result in more fulfilling lives. My goal is to assist you to identify your psychological needs and discover your natural inner strength through an integrative, empathic, and solution-focused approach to become the best version of yourself.
