Welcome! I am so glad you are here. I believe that my role in therapy is to crate a safe and non-judgmental space where you can feel seen and accepted. My approach to counseling is person centered and strength based, where we will work together to address the circumstances that are bringing you to therapy. My goal is to support you in accessing your innate wisdom and to process difficult life events to find relief, resilience, confidence and empowerment. With over 17 years of experience, I bring a trauma informed, contemplative approach, offering compassion, mindfulness, art therapy and somatic therapy. I am passionate about exploring existential issues, personal growth, creating ritual in daily life and welcome spiritual inquiry and questioning. I strive to create a safe and inclusive space that respects all aspects of people including race, ethnicity, gender expression, sexual orientation, socio-economic background, age, body shape, size and ability.
