My goal as a mental health counselor is to provide a compassionate, non-judgmental, and positive environment for developing personal growth. My experience has focused on helping individuals experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, bereavement and loss, relationship conflict, and life transitions. I have a deep desire to help athletes, high-achievers, and anyone who moves to find the potential inside them. I apply various therapeutic approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and solution-focused therapy. I work collaboratively with clients and consider the whole person in the context of their whole life to determine the goals and focus of therapy. I have over eight years of experience as a school counselor providing individual and group counseling, and supporting school-wide mental health programs.
