I'm Adrienne Wiens and I’m a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in Oregon. I received my master's degree in clinical psychology with an emphasis in marriage and family therapy from Pepperdine Graduate School of Education and Psychology in 2017. I'm committed to helping individuals learn how to increase introspection and their overall emotional wellbeing. My work focuses on communication needs, mood concerns, anxiety, and trauma. My approach utilizes a trauma-informed, person-centered, and systems based lens. I believe that this process is collaborative and work along side with you to make sure you are getting what you want out of therapy. I work to build a strong therapeutic relationship to help you feel secure as you work towards your personal goals. I focus on individual therapy with adults. If you’re interested to see if we may be a good fit, please reach out to schedule a free 15 minute consult.
