Introduction

I support midlife women and non-binary folks who are navigating pivotal life transitions, spiritual emergence, and distress related to burnout. My best fit therapy clients are folks who ... ◈ are curious deep thinkers and are drawn to creative and intellectual pursuits ◈ are spiritually or animist-oriented, desiring to be in wider relationship with other-than-humans ◈ are in midlife and have engaged with therapy or other healing modalities in the recent past ◈ are willing to go slow and wander in the unknown ◈ identify as highly sensitive, neurodivergent, or nerdy ◈ value anti-racism and trans and queer folks ◈ are aware of their unearned privileges In this collaborative process we create space for the parts of you that long to be seen, heard, and appreciated. We validate experiences, unburden long held beliefs, alchemize emotional wounds, and turn toward the well of unattended grief — to be with rather than "fix". Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a therapeutic model that views the mind as naturally multiple, containing various parts each with its own unique perspectives and roles, and a deep Self that is the anchor of curiosity, connectedness, and creativity. The intention is to support your inner ecosystem to become harmonious, parts and Self working together. I also bring the lens of systems to this work, understanding the impact of the larger systems you are a part of that directly influence your mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual well being.
