Hello there. My name is Adrienne and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in sex therapy in the state of California. Sex and intimacy can be the most challenging part of a relationship. Do you feel uncomfortable, ashamed or embarrassed when talking about sex? I am here to help you process the frustration and stress that’s caused difficulty in your relationships. I value providing a welcoming, safe and non-judgmental space so that you are able to feel open with expressing however you may feel. My approach is strength-based and individualized, and I move with you at your own pace. Let’s peel back those layers of guilt, shame, stigma and taboo together.
