Greetings My name is Adrianna, In each situation, I find myself in I remember to bring a heart of gratitude for the opportunity to serve people of all walks of life to equip them with the tools to navigate through this journey we call life. In addition to a heart of gratitude, I bring over 10 years of experience working in public education, serving as a mentor to young girls, and a bubbly personality that’s never met a stranger. My theoretical orientations are Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) and Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT). Primarily I’ve worked with adolescents in the school setting as a Certified School Counselor, and an outpatient therapist facilitating adolescent and family groups. I’ve also facilitated small groups for adults and children. With life comes change, and some changes can be difficult, the transition from one stage of life to another has its challenges. With the right tools and a growth mindset, we can overcome the most adverse circumstances. I believe Mindfulness and self-care are imperative to maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
