Introduction

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor with a foundation of training in Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy (TF-CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Parent Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT). I have more than 13 years of working in social services. I have experience working with diverse clients ranging in age from four years of age to 76 years of age, who experience depression, anxiety, trauma, and addictions. Professional core initiatives for positive results are to provide my clients with insight on human behavior, to improve positive social interactions and positive life experiences. I invest time and effort to consider everything about my client during counseling and therapy.
