Throughout this process, you can learn to live in a way in which you can thrive; embracing and honoring the values, culture, and beliefs that align with the person you were always meant to be, equitable with what general society asks of you. My mission as a therapist is to empower people of the global majority to navigate adversity, strengthen resiliency, and continually advocate for social change by providing culturally responsive treatment.
