Introduction

Welcome. Dance is the poetry of our bodies. Whether we are cooking around the kitchen, sitting at a desk, or engaging with our children, a dance is happening. My practice is about noticing the movement in our bodies and allowing that to inform choices to make consciously. In order to engage in dance movement therapy, all you need to do is to commit to being open to learn how to tune into your body's wisdom. Dance Movement therapy is a way to find creative expression in our bodies. Through dance games and dance play I support children in expressing their inner worlds. Through workshops, groups, parenting sessions and dyad sessions, I support parents in learning how to tune into each individual child's inner spark especially during those times that it gets extra tough to have patience.
