Addison is a local Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in San Diego, California. She believes that through a safe and therapeutic relationship, clients will have the ability to work through past and current struggles Addison's experience incorporates various settings such as residential facilities, partial hospitalization programs, and private practice. Her primary focus has been working with individuals to manage symptoms of depression, anxiety, bipolar disorders, and daily stressors to restore overall wellbeing and contentment. Additionally, she provides clinical support for individuals struggling with substance use, relational disconnection, life transitions, trauma, and grief and loss.
