Introduction

Managing complex emotions and past traumas can be challenging, especially when trying to balance the difficulties of everyday life. It can often feel overwhelming to try to address these feelings on your own, though not addressing them can often be even more painful. In my practice, I seek to help my clients work through their challenges and become more aware of their patterns and thought processes. I provide clients with an affirming space that allows them to feel comfortable tackling their issues, yet I also aim to challenge my clients to look beyond the obvious and recognize damaging behaviors. I believe that you are the expert of your own life, and you are also the best person to overcome your struggles with a little guidance and support. No matter what you may be facing, we will work together to address your feelings and help you discover more about who you are. I work with a variety of individuals and diagnoses, though I specialize in therapy with teenagers, young adults, and working adults. Through my years of experience as a therapist in a variety of settings, utilizing a variety of modalities, I have the ability to tailor the treatment I provide to the specific individual.
