Introduction

I have been in the behavioral health field for over 15 years, specifically as a clinician in various capacities since 2012. I provide mental health and substance misuse treatment services to male and female adult clients, youth clients (15+), veterans and first responders in New Hampshire with anxiety, depression, trauma, anger management, grief. My treatment approach is to assist clients with symptom reduction, decreasing impairments in functioning and collaborating on treatment goals to live a mentally, emotionally and physically balanced lifestyle.
