My goal is to create a sense of awareness and acceptance throughout this process. I look at the client as a whole and establish goals that fit into your life. I encourage healthy communication patterns, facilitate a safe space for processing, and guide you toward meaning and purpose. I enjoy working with those from all walks of life experiencing stressful life events such as anxiety, depression, grief, eating disorders and life transitions. I work with children and teens through play and activity therapy. I love working with individuals, couples, families, and marriages. Let's begin your therapy journey today!
