I’m a bilingual psychotherapist with experience working with individuals struggling with a wide range of psychiatric/emotional concerns such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and grief. I also work with individuals who identify with sexual, gender, spiritual, and/or cultural minorities, professionals in the healthcare industry or first responders, those struggling with life transitions in their personal and/or professional life, and relationship concerns. I believe that healthy relationships are essential for our well-being and enjoy helping others to develop and strengthen those relationships. I have a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Johns Hopkins University. I'm a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC), and a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the State of Maryland. I work as a Psychiatric Therapist at The Johns Hopkins Hospital, and this is my remote private practice. Difficult times can lead to transformational growth if given the right environment and resources. Therapy can be beneficial for everyone! Feel free to contact me and schedule an appointment, if you think we might be a good match. I look forward to meeting you, supporting you, and walking with you through your journey.
