Hi, my name is Abby and I would love to support you on your mental health journey. Whether you are struggling with chronic illness, self-compassion, or relationships, I am here to work with you. I take a non-judgmental stance in my approach and strive to provide a safe space where you can be the most authentic you. As a queer woman with chronic illness myself, I understand the shattering feeling of having to continually pick up the pieces. I am not here to tell you how to feel or how to put the pieces together, but to listen to your story and support you on your journey. I have experience working in community mental health settings with clients that have Neurodiversity such as ADHD or Autism as well as those with chronic illness and disabilities. I’ve also worked with the LGBTQ populations and those that are in non-traditional relationships. If this speaks to you, I am currently accepting new clients. Feel free to schedule a consultation call, no cost to you, I would love to meet you and help you on your mental health journey.
