While I offer support for a broad spectrum of mental health challenges—from navigating stress and anxiety to navigating the complexities of grief and loss—I am particularly passionate about assisting individuals and couples navigating infertility. Drawing from my own deeply personal experience, I bring empathy and understanding to those facing similar struggles, guiding them towards resilience and hope. Another focal point of my practice is nurturing and revitalizing relationships, be it romantic partnerships, parent-child dynamics, blended families, or fostering a deeper connection with oneself. Together, we navigate through conflicts, fostering understanding and a sense of renewed closeness. Additionally, I work with adolescents aged 13-17, offering support for a range of challenges including anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, substance use, academic struggles, family discord, and behavioral concerns. Recognizing that these behaviors often stem from internal turmoil, I provide a supportive environment for both you and your child to explore and address these underlying issues, guiding them towards inner peace and self-discovery.
