Introduction

Hi! I’m Abby. I offer a modern approach to therapy and work with young professional women navigating anxiety, relationship struggles, and life transitions. I view therapy as a collaborative relationship that fosters a safe space for healing and growth. My approach is active, showing up with genuine care and interest in my clients lives’ and challenging them when appropriate. I love working with women in their 20’s and 30’s who are motivated to grow and have a desire to understand themselves on a deeper level. In therapy, I’ll help you gain insight into how your past has impacted you and how we can move forward with intention. We’ll gain clarity around your values and what truly matters to you so we can take steps that are rooted in your authenticity. We’ll work towards creating a meaningful and fulfilling life - whatever that looks like to you. My commitment is to not judge you, and to provide a space where you can show up as your authentic self. My practice is fully online and I work with clients throughout Texas — primarily Houston, Austin, & Dallas. My clinical experience and training includes work at highly regarded organizations such as UTHealth, The Menninger Clinic, Modern Therapy, and a one year post-graduate fellowship at The Council on Recovery. My background has provided me with a comprehensive skillset in conceptualizing the role of addiction and mental health within family systems, as well as individuals who have been impacted by psychological trauma.
