Abby works with clients ranging from young adults to older, presenting with a variety of concerns such as depression, anxiety, trouble adjusting to life changes, relationship problems, trauma/loss, LGBTQ+ concerns, and more. She approaches counseling through a person-centered and holistic lens. With the use of empathic listening, validation, and a non-judgmental environment, she will facilitate your progress through self-growth and acceptance. Abby also offers Reiki sessions in the office. **If you reach out via the contact form, it is sent to our administrative staff.
