I will listen to you and validate your perspective. Through talk, art, and narrative therapy techniques, we can focus on dream analysis, become attuned to understanding signs from our body, rework negative thinking patterns, and open ourselves to new internal narratives. Finding the “right” therapist can be incredibly stressful and may create a sense of nervousness. Often, there is not just one “right” therapist for each person. It depends on an authentic and genuine connection. It takes time to feel confident that a certain therapist is right for you, and as a client you deserve to feel safe and heard.
