Introduction

I specialize in working with individuals who are looking to heal from trauma, past or ongoing traumatic stress, sexual and gender-based violence, spiritual abuse, and grief. My practice is relational, trauma-focused and is rooted in Feminist, Relational-Cultural, and Attachment Theories. I have additional training in several therapeutic approaches, including Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy, Person Centered Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, and Trauma- Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. The process of finding a therapist can be intimidating. I'm happy to give you an opportunity to get to know me, my style, ask questions, and get a feel for what it would be like to work with me. I offer consultation sessions at no charge. I look forward to meeting you!
