Introduction

As a licensed professional counselor, my approach is flexible, holistic, nonjudgmental, culturally aware, and client-focused. I work primarily with adults and teens, though I do have spots on my caseload for couples and families too. I am experienced with, and proud to serve, veterans, BIPOC and AAPI folks, members of the LGBTQIA+ community, and survivors of trauma, abuse and violence. I am committed to client empowerment, so my treatment plans are always uniquely shaped to fit you and your goals, pacing, personality, and needs. To do this, I draw from a variety of methods including EMDR, DBT, Solutions Focused Brief Therapy, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, and Psychodynamic Psychotherapy to honor your individual identity and process. I strive to be a compassionate, innovative, grounded source of support for you, contributing my clinical fervor, expertise, skills, and reflective capacity to the best cause of all—your healing and growth!
