Introduction

Hi I am Abby Bange MS RD MHCA I am a mental health counselor and registered dietitian. I believe in whole body wellness and have seen that to heal we need to look at the web of wellness that is our lives. This includes; community, nourishment, movement, stress, sleep and much more. I am a client lead practitioner so we wont go places that you don't want to, I am ready to go with you to the places that you do want to go. I use poly vagal, self compassion, mindfulness, attachment theory and Jungian theory in my practice.
