Introduction

My style is holistic, treating the whole person, rather than just the symptoms of illness. Everything we do, including how we eat, sleep, socialize, exercise, and think all affect how we feel. Having experienced my own health and mental health challenges, I have learned and practiced the very same methods that I use to help my clients. I strive to meet clients where they are at, while also gently encouraging and challenging them to reach higher levels of health. I am licensed to practice in Massachusetts and New Hampshire.
